Free Shipping on Orders Over $99

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $99 within New Zealand.

For orders under $99, standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information via NZ Post.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders generally arrive within 1–2 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Rural Deliveries

Deliveries to rural addresses may require an additional 2–3 working days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. You can use this information to follow your parcel’s delivery progress through NZ Post.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, courier disruptions, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If an order is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping arrangements or charges may apply.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the situation and work with the relevant delivery provider to help resolve the issue.

Your rights under New Zealand consumer law remain unaffected by this Shipping Policy. New Zealand consumer protections may provide remedies where products are not delivered as required or arrive damaged.
